In February and March of 2024, Kevin conducted a two-week jury trial at the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton. His client, K.P., was charged with importing 3 kilograms of cocaine into Canada. Prior to the trial, Kevin successfully argued that K.P.’s statements to the CBSA were not voluntary, and the judge excluded them accordingly. The jury found K.P. not guilty.
